Hiiii...
So I keep meaning to update this because I had a great time at CFTC but I've been kinda busy with working. Obviously I didn't meet my Justin, I think the whole world would've known about it the second it happened. (not just from my excitement but the tabloids and their "Justin leaves Cameron for mystery fat girl" headlines.) hee hee...
Anyway, Thursday I'm working at the radio station and Stan, one of the guys who's on after Steve (he has a show, with another guy Terry, who writes for the Tribune). So Stan's like "any big plans this weekend?" and I tell him I'm going to an *nsync Charity Basketball game Saturday. He's like "Oh, isn't Timberlake in that group?" and I'm like "yeah, he's my husband." So he tells me to go talk to Terry because he was going to some "bowling thing with Timberlake" Friday. I'm like "I've been trying to win tickets to that 'bowling thing'". So make a long story short (er), Terry put me on the media list for 10pin. I had limited access and could only stay until 8 but I didn't care because at least I got to go. I didn't bring a camera (hey! I was an amateur) but had to stand in the little media pit outside of 10pin where they took pics when everyone came in. So exciting to see all my boys. JC looked freakin adorable. Then Justin! I didn't have a camera so as he looked at each person, he got to me and I just waved, he waved back!!!! lol...while looking at all the cameras but he waved damn it!!! PROOF:
So then they make us wait outside and tell us they can bring us up for interviews, now I'm freaking..who am I going to interview?? Terry wasn't there with me yet cuz he had his radio show to do. So I get up there and I'm extra nervous now, I have no questions and I'm in the same room as Justin Timberlake and Taye Diggs and all my *nsync-ers. So I go up to Lance, Beverly Mitchell, and Joanna Garcia's lane. I basically just say hi to them because they were taking some pictures. Then I see Taye Diggs and Alfonso Ribiero at their lane. I decide to redeem myself with Taye after being stupid in Orlando. So I go up to them, can we say COOLEST ever! Taye shook my hand when I first went up to him and then held it the entire time we talked. So fuckin beautiful and seriously the nicest man I've ever met!! So I was on Cloud 9, then after I talked to him for about 5 minutes, the lady's like "you have 5 more minutes, anyone else?" And I'm like "Justin!" He, of course, is surrounded by people so as I make my way over to him I see Erik Bradley. I haven't seen him in forever so I talked to him for a little bit then the lady said all media had to leave because it was 8:00. I didn't care though, I was happy I even got to go in there in the first place. So then I met up with Daveon, Lawrence & Dave to see Wedding Crashers..so funny...<3 Vince!!
I forgot to mention that I got a media pass for Saturday when I checked in Friday, lol..she's like "do you want your pass for tomorrow now?" and I'm like "umm..sure.." haha. Bee and I had pedicures scheduled for Saturday morning but that wasn't going to work now b/c media check-in for the game was at noon. My digital camera has been broken and Bee's dad had hers hidden somewhere, so the ever-wonderful Kelly let me borrow hers. After stopping to pick it up, we got to All State Arena around 12:45 and Stephanie somehow grew some balls all of the sudden and b.s.'d her way into getting Bee a pass too. We got to see them practice. Urlacher showed up!! Then after *nsync did an interview for Access Hollywood, we got to go up to the court to interviw/take pictures of the other people (not the *nsync boys, I think they went in the back to do their meet-n-greet). We got some good pictures & talked to LaFonda (from Napoleon Dynamite..she was awesome!), Joanna Garcia (so nice!) and Max Greenfield (?? right..who is that? actually he's from Veroncia Mars and was extremely cool). Then we got to sit right behind the basket on the Daze side. Whatta team that was! Justin, Brian, Taye & Chris! yeah..good stuff. Chris looked at me and I waved, he waved back! heehee...I was trying to not act teeny (trying!) The game was fun, you know how they are. Justin was too cute on the mic. I gave Joey $2 for his Lance fund. The dance contest was too funny...Alfonso and his MJ dancing..They seemed to get along better this year, I was happy to see that, I missed them. At the end we got to go out there to take pictures of the group int he middle of the court. I will post those when Kelly sends them to me. Bee & I left and called our girls (Kelly, Melanie, Kesha & Emily) to meet us in the Target parking lot right there. We pull to the back of the lot and are facing the main street where traffic is all backed up right in front of us (perpindicular) and we are facing a CFTC car. So I hang out the window to get a better look and JC is in the back!! LOL..so I start waving and he's laughing and waving back. Then Bee starts waving and he's just stuck in traffic with us waving & staring at him..lol..poor guy. Then we meet up with the girls and decided to meet up later for the LePassage party. First, Bee & I stopped at my old block for the block party. After more thought, I decided not to go to the LePassage party because I knew it would just be pure insanity. First of all, it was a Saturday night on Rush & Division, that alone is crazy. Then, LePassage is small and there were a limited number of tickets. I just decided to chill with my neighborhood friends for the night. Had some fun there..I miss my block and my house. Around 1:30, Billy, Nick & I went up to Lawlor's, then to Touch at about 3, after that, they wanted to go somewhere else but I was tired so I just went across the street to my dad and Nick's apartment to crash.
Sunday was just a lazy day, I hung out with Maya and we wnt to Billy Boy's and the mall. Nothing exciting, thats it..sorry so long, I need to keep up with this thing like I used to .

I'm so glad you had fun! I was looking for you girls! My version was slightly more drama-filled (not so positive LOL) but I had a great time either way...

yes..Max Greenfield was very nice! Kelly sent me pictures all quick last night..lol..she's just too nice..I will post when I get home from work.
:) yeah im excited to see them...its so funny how this all started 7 years ago and look at them now...wow...a lot has happened in those years... so glad you had fun!!!! JC is fucking adorable. I love him still! lol. Hey you!!

So I'm going to be on the west coast in like 2.5 months..are we going to hang out again or what?? Thanks. How cute we both saw our Boys this weekend. JC's mohawk is adorable. He's too HOT for words.
Really??? I didn't know you were gonna be here that soon. We totally need to hang again. It was so much fun the last time. Even though we just drove around sight seeing. LOL. |
